He is a prominent opinion leader in the global credit and collection arena. Luis is a lecturer and internationally recognised author and he provides training to more than 800 companies on 4 continents, including executives and credit associations. He consults on issues related to credit risk analysis, account management receivables, motivation, leadership, teamwork and organisational development. Luis is the founder of the Educational Committee of the WCCE. He was appointed in 2009 as the Managing Director of The Profit Centered Credit Group, an international group of organisations, consultants and promoters of a new profit vision in Credit Management. Luis holds a Masters in Psycho Training from the University of Technology International, Murcia Spain. Consumer Profile Bureau ( CPB) one of the Large Full Credit Bureaus, CrossCheck Information Bureau that focuses on Local and Central Government and Medical Credit Watch that is a closed user group for the Medical Fraternity. She represents various industries on board level including ADRA – Association Debt Recovery Industry, DMASA – Direct Marketing Association of SA, CBA- Credit Bureau Association and various others. Marina has over 25 years experience in the Industry and was part the development of the various flagships in the Old Mutual Properties stable before she joined the Credit, Collection and Data industry. Marina is passionate about finding opportunities for problem statements across various industries and has a specific interest in fighting fraud and Cyber Security threats in South Africa.

Malta - Josef Busuttil

He holds a MBA from Henley (UK), Dip. M MCIM and FCICM. Josef is involved in the setting up the Malta Association of Credit Management and is a Director of the MACM. He has been a member of the Council of Federation of European Credit Management Associations (FECMA) since May 2003. After twelve years occupying the role of FECMA Vice President, Josef was elected President of FECMA in November 2016. He is an intuitive lecturer and speaker, specialising in trade credit management strategies that enable the credit function to gain and sustain competitive advantage in the market, whilst ensuring sound cash flow and long-term profit. South Africa - Eugenè Joubert

Host of the 2013 and 2020 World Credit Congress in South Africa. He is Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Eugenè is a Master Credit Executive of the American Creditors Association (MCE) and a Member of the Institute of Directors (M.IODSA). He holds a MBA (USA) in Finance and Credit and is a CP (Credit Professional) of South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Eugene moderated on Credit Management exams and drafted the Professional Credit Practitioners syllabi for the Federation of Credit Management and also drafted the Act, Regulations and Code of Conduct adopted by the SA Government to regulate the occupation of a Debt Collector. He presented various papers to the Credit Bureaus, Debt Collectors Fraternities and the International Credit forums all over the world.

UK - Philip King

In a career spanning over 40 years, Philip has held senior credit management roles in the high-tech and communication sectors, including spells at Olivetti and Vodafone. More recently, he held the role of interim Small Business Commissioner in 2020-2021 and, prior to that, was Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) for 14 years, leading it to Chartered status in 2015. Philip is the author of the Managing Cashflow Guides written for government, and the architect of the Prompt Payment Code which the CICM administered from 2008 until 2021 on behalf of UK government..

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Chris is well known in the credit industry with over 30 years experience including Director level roles in credit management, billing, operations and business transformation. He started his own niche credit management and billing consulting firm in 2005, now independent Chris focuses solely on order to cash and credit management leadership and performance improvement and has assisted blue chip client teams all over the world to improve standards and performance in credit management and working capital. As an elected member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management’s Advisory Council and having developed their quality accreditation programme (CICMQ), Chris was Head of Accreditation-CICMQ for 10 years, developing it into a widely recognised and valuable best practice credit management standard in the industry. As the creator and facilitator of the Best Practice Network, Improvement Scorecards, and organiser of the Best Practice Conferences, Virtual Workshops and Cash Challenges and author of the ‘Covid 19 Credit Managers Playbook’, Chris won the CCRi ‘Contribution to Credit Management Award’ in 2015.

Ireland - Jason Harte

Jason is a partner in Mason Hayes & Curran and leads its Debt Recovery Team. Together with an experienced team of solicitors, senior legal executives and case workers, he acts for banking, business, state/semi-state and private clients, to collect unpaid debt. Jason and the Debt Recovery Team handle all aspects of collection work from pre-legal recovery, escalating to litigation and where necessary judgment enforcement and bankruptcy. The team specialises in providing a fast, efficient recovery service to clients with volume business, regardless of the size of the debts. Jason has contributed to publications and written articles on the areas of credit and cash flow, bankruptcy, judgment enforcement and trans-frontier litigation. Like many other MH&C lawyers, he teaches trainee solicitors in the Law Society and provides training to professionals working in the credit sector.

Greg is the CEO of Cashbook, with more than 25 years of experience in Cash Management automation processes. Ludo Theunissen holds degrees in engineering (Ghent University - Belgium) and Management (Vlerick Business School). In his career he combined academic and business assignments. He has worked for large multinational organizations (Volkswagen, Unisys) as well as for SMEs in Belgium and abroad. He is president of the Instituut voor Kredietmanagement, the Belgian Association for Credit managers, and president of the Federation of European Credit Management Associations. He has been professor at Ghent University, Vlerick Business School, University of Antwerp Management School and at the Belgian Royal Military Academy in Brussels. He is still active as a consultant and lecturer in different countries on topics such as Financial Statement Analysis, Credit Management, Investment Analysis.

I’m Cormac O'Neill, CEO and Co-Founder of Webio, my fourth start-up and by far and away the most exciting. I’ve worked in many sectors over the past 20+ years including telecommunications, retail, financial services, and travel gaining priceless experience along the way. Ireland - Dan Blagojevic
Dan holds a PhD and is the Head of Customer Analytics and Decisioning Sciences with a mathematics background at Cambridge and Edinburgh. Dan joined the retail banking industry after his PhD. He has over 15 years' experience in data science and ML across the full spectrum of use cases in the customer lifecycle, in particular advanced credit risk analytics. He is passionate about de-buking the myths of ML unfairness and bias in the credit risk industry. Another area of his expertise and interest is the use of loyalty data to deliver better and fairer customer outcomes. His two papers at the 2021 Credit Scoring conference talked to the transformational value (and fairness) of ML in credit risk assessment and how to widen access to fair credit through the use of loyalty data.
